​

I am a Nature-Led Voice Reclamation Guide and somatic educator specializing in nervous system capacity for consent, boundaries, and embodied voice.

​

Many women understand their patterns intellectually, yet their bodies still react to self-expression as if it were dangerous.


Saying no, holding truth, or speaking directly can trigger freeze, fawn, guilt, or urgency.

​

This is not a lack of awareness.
It is a nervous system response.

​

My work teaches the skills that allow the body to feel safe enough to choose instead of react.

​

Through nature-based somatic practices, movement, breath, sound, and applied nervous system education, I guide women in rebuilding internal safety so their voice becomes a regulated, embodied function rather than a threat response.

​

I am the creator of the Forest Nurture Rewilding Method™, an original framework integrating nervous system regulation, voice reclamation, and nature-based co-regulation.

​

My programs, including UNSWALLOWED™ and I CAN SAY NO, focus on developing agency, consent capacity, and the ability to tolerate relational aftermath without collapsing into self-abandonment.

​

My background includes training in forest therapy, breathwork, somatic-informed practices, CBT- and DBT-informed tools, yoga training, and holistic health coaching.

​

My work is explicitly non-clinical, non-diagnostic, and trauma-informed.


It is grounded in lived experience, embodied practice, and practical application rather than performance or spiritual bypassing.

I work with women who are ready to move beyond insight into capacity, women who want their nervous system to support their truth rather than override it.

Author & Narrative Work

​

I am also a published author in the trauma-informed romance genre.

​

My writing explores themes of emotional safety, restraint, voice, and nervous system regulation within relationships.

​

Through story, I explore what it means to be held without collapse, to speak truth without losing connection, and to rebuild trust in one’s own voice.

​

This narrative lens deepens my understanding of how the nervous system shapes intimacy, silence, and expression, both in life and in story.

How I Work

My work focuses on nervous system capacity for voice, consent, and boundaries.

​

The practices I teach help women develop the internal regulation needed to stay present when expressing truth, holding limits, or navigating relational discomfort.

​

This work draws from:

• somatic education
• nervous system regulation practices
• nature-based co-regulation
• breath, movement, and sound practices
• CBT- and DBT-informed tools applied in a non-clinical context

These tools help women rebuild the internal conditions that allow their voice to function under pressure.

What This Work Is and Is Not

​

My work is educational and skill-based.

​

It is not therapy, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment.

​

I do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical services.

​

If deeper psychological or medical support is needed, I encourage working with licensed mental health professionals alongside this work.

​

The practices I teach are designed to support regulation, agency, and embodied communication, not to replace professional mental health care.

The goal is not confidence.

The goal is capacity.

​

When the nervous system can stay regulated during discomfort, your voice stops feeling dangerous.

​

And when your voice stops feeling dangerous, your life stops being built around survival.
