HI, I’M IRÊNÉ.
Nature was not a branding choice for me.
It was where I learned how to come back to myself.
For years I believed I would never be able to be fully myself.
I didn’t know who I was before the trauma.
I didn’t know which parts were mine.
Which parts were survival.
Or whether I would ever be able to trust my own voice.
So I started paying attention.
To my body.
To the bush.
To animals.
To what happened when I stopped forcing myself to perform healing and started practicing it instead.
And something unexpected happened.
The more I practiced saying no…
the more freedom showed up.
Not because saying no became easy.
I just stopped abandoning myself after I said it.
That changed everything.
Today I help women build that same capacity.
Not confidence.
Not perfect boundaries.
Not the right words.
Capacity.
The ability to stay with yourself when the moment gets uncomfortable.
When someone disagrees.
When guilt shows up.
When your throat tightens.
When your body wants to disappear.
My work combines lived experience, nature-based practice, nervous system education, voice reclamation, and trauma-informed somatic tools.
I am a certified forest therapy practitioner, trauma-informed somatic educator, published novelist, and creator of the Forest Nurture Rewilding Method™.
Most importantly?
I’m a woman who spent years learning how to stop abandoning herself.
And now I teach other women how to do the same.
